Grilled Corn

Grilled corn goes great with a lot of different items, but I like to eat it with ribs and pulled pork.

As with my other recipes, I eyeball the amounts. These are listed in order of quantity:

1/2 tbsp butter or olive oil, salt, pepper, seasoning salt, garlic powder, paprika.

Place each ear of corn on a sheet of aluminum foil. Cut your piece of butter and place it on the corn. Put your butter in the middle of the corn or drizzle the olive oil onto the entire piece. Then, sprinkle your seasonings onto the corn, wrap it up and place it on the grill.

I cook it over indirect heat, about 300 degrees, for 30 minutes or so. Take it off the grill, unwrap and let cool down, then enjoy!
